About US

With mouth-watering barbecue and a beautiful rustic setting, Randy’s Roadkill is unlike any other restaurant in Rolla! Our story began in 2005, when Randy began selling barbecue around town in his custom-built trailer. People loved his food, and Randy fulfilled his dream by opening his own restaurant on the corner of his family’s farm on September 11, 2009, having done much of the construction himself.  When you arrive at the restaurant, you are greeted by fresh flowers planted around the grounds and a scenic view overlooking the surrounding property, with cows and miniature donkeys grazing, and ducks swimming on the pond behind the restaurant. You may even spot deer and wild turkey foraging in the fields. Inside, the restaurant is decorated with an assortment of interesting items on the walls, much of which came from friends and customers as well as Randy’s own collection. Randy had a great sense of humor (evident from the restaurant’s name!) and never met a stranger. He was happiest going table to table visiting with customers, greeting old friends and making new ones. After Randy’s passing in 2021, his wife and sons continue to run the restaurant and carry on his dream. We appreciate all our customers’ support, and if you haven’t visited us yet, we look forward to meeting and feeding you!
